日和月是代表著身心靈的平衡。初級班適合所有程度、任何年齡及從未練習過瑜伽的人士。對初學瑜伽者尤為合適。日月瑜伽是透過呼吸和式子,去平衡身心。幫助強健體魄和減壓。

Hatha is the symbol of Sun and Moon. Which represent the balance form of body, mind and soul. Hatha Yoga beginner class is suitable for all level, ages and for people who never practice yoga before. It is a great way to start yoga. Hatha Yoga is a science of breath, purification and synchronization of the physical and mental dimensions. An unique system to trains your body. Beginner will feel that completeness of yoga. It helps to release stress and tension.

溫柔瑜伽 – 適合任何年齡和所有程度
Gentle Yoga - all age and level

在你身心也十分疲累的時候 ; 在每個月都有幾天不方便的日子 ; 又或者身體狀況 ,不適合作太大運動量的運動 .那你就應該參加 溫柔瑜伽班。溫柔瑜伽班能幫助身心放鬆,舒展筋骨 ,改善睡眠質素.令你精神煥發. 適合各類人士參加.

When you feel tired or during the menstruate or you health condition not suitable for heavy exercises. You may come to join our Gentle Yoga Class. Gentle Yoga will help you to relex your body and mind. It does help to stretch you body and improve you sleeping quality. It will help to give you physical strenght. Gentle Yoga is suitable to all people.

是利用瑜伽進行治療。適合任何年齡和所有程度。特別對於有運動性創傷,患有健康問題,如緊張、高血壓、背痛和頸痛、哮喘和胃病等等…。

It is a therapeutic aspect of yoga. It is good for all ages and level. Especially for those suffered from sports injuries and with health problems. Such as like stress, high blood pressure, back and neck pain, Asthma, Constipation and Stomach problems, etc.

拜日式瑜伽 – 不適合初學者
Sun Salutation– not for the beginner

練習拜日式能令你不懶散、貪睡和疲倦。使你皮膚充滿彈性,增加身體柔軟度,消除疲勞、關節痛楚、背痛,以及增加精神力量。你會感覺精力充沛。

By practicing Sun Salutation, you will never feel lazy, sleepy or tired during work. It will help you to improve elasticity of skin, muscle. It helps to relieves stiffness in the joints, back pain and increases mental strength. You will feel more energetic and peaceful.

自由拜日式 – 不適合初學者
Surya Namaskara - Free Style – not for the beginner

相傳是吠跎時代 (Vedic Age)的聖人領略出來。太陽符號代表著靈性上的意識,並且在古代,向太陽拜祭也是每天都進行的禮儀。古代人相信,太陽賜予生命和能量,所以他們每天早上會向東或東北方進行拜日儀式。向太陽祈求和致意。在瑜伽,太陽代表右脈 (Pingala) 或太陽管道 (Suyra Nadi)。練習拜日式這一系 列連環體位法,能有效地鬆弛及伸展身體,按摩及修護所有關節、肌肉和內臟。自由拜日式是每個人用自己的節奏練習拜日式,身體隨著自己的呼吸自由流動。能喚醒自我潛能,令身體強健抵抗疾病,使心靈健康。 適合中級程度人士練習。

The Sanskrit name Surya here refers to the sun and Namaskara means 'Salutations'. Surya Namaskara has been handed down from the enlightened sages of the Vedic Age. The sun symbolises spiritual consciousness and, in ancient times, was worshipped on a daily basis. In yoga the sun is represented by pingala or surya nadi, the pranic channel which carries the vital, life-giving force. This dynamic group of asanas is not regarded as being a traditional part of Hatha Yoga practices as it was added to the original asana group at a later time. However, it is an effective way of lossening up, stretching, massaging and toning all the joints, muscles and internal organs of the body. Surya Namaskara - Free Style is doing sun salutation series in their own breathe and rhythm. Its versatility and application make it one of the most useful methods of inducing a healthy, vigorous and active life while, at the same time, preparing for spiritual awakening and the resulting expansion of awareness. This class is suitable for middle level yoga practicers.

大能量的流動姿勢,適合尋找挑戰性類型瑜伽的人士,增加心肺功能。能量修身瑜伽的運動量相等於2個小時的強勁運動,會大量排出汗水和毒素,能幫助纖體和改善身形。

It is a powerful yoga of flowing, jumping movement. For those people look for more challenging yoga workout. It is a great cardio, strength, endurance class. It can burn more calories then 2 hours cardio workout in gym. It helps to lose weight, trim, strength, tone and firm the body that you want. It’s sweat a lot.

開心瑜伽 – 適合所有程度
Happy Yoga – for all level

可帶同朋友或伴侶參加,互相幫助進行不同的式子練習。在練習中你們會體會無限樂趣。幫助增加身體柔軟度和糾正不良好姿勢,打開髖關節和消除頸膊酸痛。

It is suggested to have a partner in the class. You will do yoga with your partner to help each other to perform the postures. During the class you will have more fun and joys. It helps to improve your flexibility and posture alignment, open hip joint and relief back and neck pain. It is a great class in making your body and mind free of stress and tension.

式子及呼吸法練習 – 適合所有程度

Kundalini Yoga – for all level

靈量瑜伽能喚醒身體和心靈的潛能。使體力充沛,強健心靈和增進免疫系統、平衡內分泌腺體。

Kundalini yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that uses breath and movement to align the seven energy centres (Chakras). Energize the body, strengthen the immune system and balance the glands (Internal System). It is good for balance in mind, body and spirit.
